Erin has begun a three-year Alexander Technique teacher training course at the Alexander Training Institute of Los Angeles.
Erin joined the SMC Orchestra on cello for the Fall Season.
Erin was in Rome, Italy for the Guitar Craft 25th Anniversary Completion Course and Special Project: The Orchestra of Crafty Guitarists III. Their performance was on Friday, March 26th at Chiesa del Convento di S. Maria della Pace. Footage of the performance can now be found here on YouTube.
Erin had the honor of performing (on guitar) with Robert Fripp in the Orchestra of Crafty Guitarists II at Fremont Abbey, Seattle WA the evening of October 29th.
Erin traveled to Barcelona, Spain in July of 2009 to participate in a Guitar Craft Course. It was a beautiful and vibrant city, full of color and sound.

Erin now resides in Los Angeles where she enjoys writing, attending M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi School of Isamic Sufism and working as Information Systems Manager for the Center for Social Epidemiology. More information can be found about her research at the Center's Job Stress Network Website.
Erin was a featured poet at the Flood Poetry Series in Asheville, North Carolina.
Erin was accepted to University of Pittsburgh's MFA program in Poetry - to learn from such poets as Toi Derricotte, Ben Lerner, and Dawn Lundy Martin..

Erin graduated Georgia State Universityin 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology after participating in several research groups including the Street Harrasment Group (under the supervision of Dr. Sarah Cook), the Action Research Group (supervised by Dr. Roderick Watts) and the Social Neuroscience Lab (supervised by Dr. Eric Vanman). |
